Mike built this boat for 2006 and it's scary fast.   He rebuilt the bottom and cowling for 2008 and the boat ride has calmed down a bunch.  Also sporting a new paint job, this one is a very fast and gorgeous race boat.  Mike did a great job building it.   Look for good things to follow as he gets more wheel time and finishes more heat.  This boat is scary fast.

The real boat:  This is probably the most remembered of Bernie Little's line of hydros.  It won more heats in a row than any other race boat in history.  Driven by the legendary Dean Chenoweth and then by Jim Kropfeld, the boat showed a dominance that the sport up until that point, had never seen before.  The boat was powered by the brute strength of a Rolls Royce Griffon engine.  It's unique sound will not easily be forgotten.
