Squire Shop:  This boat was originally built by Mitch Dillard before division 2 competition was developed.  It was later sold to Bill McGraw and was damaged in competition.  Very little was seen of the boat until it was purchased by Pat and repaired for the 2004 season with help from John Dyer.  The boat has been a good performer and shows improvement each time out.  It is a very light-weight hull with good promise.  It’s good to see this boat on the water again.

Squire Shop:  The boat was originally the Atlas Van Lines in 1982 and was driven by Chip Hanauer.  It became the Squire Shop in 1984 and was driven by Mickey Remund and Tom D’Eath.  As turbine power became more popular, this boat continued to be competitive.  In 1986, it was one of the few piston-powered boats that remained a thorn in the side of the turbines.  In 2003, the boat was restored to her original ’82 Atlas colors by Jim Harvey, Ron Brown and a host of others.
