The model:  Dave bought the boat from a member of ERCU to race in CT for 2010 and to race in some NAMBA rules races in the future. The boat is fast and Dave is trying to trim it out so that it doesn't fly away on him.  This is a very pretty boat and look for it to show improvement in the ride as he tames it down.

The real boat:  The hull started life as the 8th Miss Budweiser in 1976. After being sold in 79, it ran as the Miss Tri-Cities.  The boat was reconfigured to seat the driver up front and was renamed the Thousand Trails in 81.  It also raced as a Miss Prodelco, Budweiser Light, American Speedy Printing and Lite All-Star II in later years.
